Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products under drug programs. 2. Medicinal products offered by the Contractors in this procedure must meet the requirements arising from the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended), 3. When offering a medicinal product included in the list of reimbursed drugs, the contractor must take into account the provisions of Art. 9 of the Act of May 12, 2011. on reimbursement of medicines and resources foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 930) 4.The offered assortment must be included in the current list of reimbursed medicines and foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices, and also available under drug programs - in accordance with the annex to the Announcement of the Minister of Health on the list of reimbursed drugs, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and products medical. 5. The minimum shelf life of the offered medicinal product should be at least 12 months from the date of delivery. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order less than the above-mentioned quantities. products in case reduction of its demand, provided that the Ordering Party purchases at least 60% of the quantity of medicinal products.
