3. The subject matter and conditions of the implementation of this order must be consistent with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal provisions in this regard.

4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of thighplacing orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law
