The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products. 2. The subject of the order is divided into 25 parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. The offer may cover the entire order or selected items packages. To be valid in a given package, the offer must be submitted for all items. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for selected items as part of packages 3. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. Price form (quantity and product specification). 4. The Ordering Party allows products to be offered in unit packages other than those indicated in the Price Form, provided that the total quantity of the drug is not less than required by Ordering Party. If the total number of pieces of the drug is not divisible by the size of the new package, the Contractor is obliged to round the number of packages up to the full package. The orderer will pay for full packages, and the price for the entire order will remain recalculated accordingly. 5. We allow the replacement of tablets with capsules and vice versa, while maintaining the route of administration and site of action. 6.
