1. The subject of the order is: delivery of medicinal products divided into three parts. Part No. 1 - delivery of medicinal, biomicrobial and disinfectant products. The shelf life of medicinal, biomicrobial and disinfectant products should be at least 18 months. from the date of delivery, depending on the product range. Medicinal, biocidal and disinfectant products for which the manufacturer specifies an expiry date of less than 18 months should be delivered to the Recipient no later than two months from the date of production. 2. Equivalent solutionsa) W in the case of an assortment defined by trade names, the Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for an equivalent assortment. An equivalent assortment is an assortment with the same international name, containing the same active substance in the same dose, having the same properties, clinical indications and in the same form.
