The subject of the order is: Delivery of medicinal products and medical devices - repetition Package 1 - Various medicines Package 2 - Dialysates Package 3 - Medicines for the drug program Medicinal products constituting the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2008, No. 45, item 271, as amended). The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
