The subject of the order is: supply of medicinal products: Medicines for the drug program. In the event of cessation or interruption in the production of any medicine during the term of the contract, the contractor undertakes to deliver synonymous medicines, provided that they exist in the tender price. Medicinal products constituting the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2008, No. 45, item 271, as amended). The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading under the principles set out in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
