Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging. 2. The medicinal products offered by the Contractors in this procedure must meet the resulting requirements from the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended), (concerns GROUP 1 - 40 except GROUP 22, 25, 31, 32, 38). 3. When offering a medicinal product included in the list of reimbursed drugs, the contractor must take into account the provisions art. 9 of the Act of May 12, 2011. on the reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 930) 4. Foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses offered by the Contractor must meet the requirements arising from from the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of September 16, 2010 on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1026). The minimum shelf life of the offered products should be at least 12 months from the date of delivery, with the exception of foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses, the shelf life of which cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery. delivery...
