Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging. 2. Medicinal products offered by the Contractors herein proceedings must meet the requirements resulting from the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended), (applies to GROUP 1 - 40, except GROUP 22, 25, 31, 32, 38). 3. The contractor offering the medicinal product, included in the list of reimbursed drugs when calculating the price must take into account the provisions of Art. 9 of the Act of May 12, 2011. on the reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and medical devices (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 930) 4. Foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses offered by the Contractor must meet the requirements resulting from the Act of August 25, 2006. on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and Regulation of the Minister of Health of September 16, 2010 on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1026). (regarding GROUP 22, 25, 31, 32, 38). 5. The minimum shelf life of the offered assortment should be be at least 12 months from the date of delivery, with the exception of foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses, the shelf life of which cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery...
