Tender Details
3.1 The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Lubartow, divided into 25 parts:
Lot No. 1-25: Medicinal products.
3.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in appendices No. 1.1 to 1.25 toSWZ.
3.3 The subject of the order will be delivered successively (in the form of individual orders) carried out upon request by telephone, fax or e-mail placed by the Ordering Party, depending on the current needs. Individual orders will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, countingd date of receipt of the order, with the exception of deliveries of life-saving medicines - delivery of medicines on the day of placing the order. The given deadlines do not apply to situations when the Ordering Party indicates a specific delivery date of a given medicine in the order. If delivery falls on a holiday or Saturday, delivery will occuron the first business day after the set deadline.
3.4 In emergency situations on non-working days, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the Contractor is obliged to deliver within 12 hours (applies to Contractors who confirmed this possibility of delivery in the submitted offer), subject to point 13 SWZ.
3.5PrThe subject of the order includes its delivery to the Szpitalna Pharmacy at ul. Cichej 14 in Lubartow by the Contractor's transport, at his expense and risk.
3.6 The subject of the order should meet the appropriate conditions for marketing authorization - medicines should be registered and entered into the Register of Pharmaceutical Products....
