1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products - medicines, medical devices and dietary supplements for special medical purposes. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order including information about the assortment, quantity and requirements has been provided specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract) constituting its integral part 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, covering all items indicated in a given part. Item the order was divided into 22 parts. 4. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor. Part No. 1. Antibiotics I 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products - medicines, medical and dietary products means for special medical purposes. - Part No. 1. Antibiotics I. 2.
