Bytowskiego Sp. z o. o., on the basis of a framework agreement, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and the absolute requirements specified in the assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ specifies the approximate quantity medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged to order supplies worth at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Delivery of the assortment will be carried out on the basis of partial orders at the expense and risk of the Contractor to the hospital pharmacy within 1 business day from the moment of placing the order.
