DELIVERY OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT SEVOFLURANUM WITH THE FORM OF ADMINISTRATION The subject of the order is the purchase and successive deliveries of the medicinal product sevofluranum along with the form of administration to the Hospital Pharmacy in accordance with the Ordering Party's orders. Contractor can offer products approved for trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland - in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended). The subject of the order is purchase and successive deliveries the sevofluranum medicinal product along with the form of administration for the Hospital Pharmacy in accordance with the Ordering Party's orders. SEVOFLURANUM - a preparation intended for evaporators with a direct, factory-installed, tight filling system, without additional elements connecting the bottle with the evaporator, administered using the DATEX OHMEDA S/5 AESPIRE, AESTIVA 3000, CARESTATION 620 and CARESTATION 650 C apparatus in combination with the SEVOTEC 5, SEVOTEC 7 evaporator and the SATURN-EVO apparatus with DRAEGER evaporators, which are property of the Hospital.
