1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery at the request of the Ordering Party of medicinal products in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended) taking into account minimum quality requirements relating to the elements (including main elements) constituting the subject of the order in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1273), in detail described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts, hereinafter referred to as: "Packages", described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.
