Changes and clarification of the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the procurement procedure will be made available on the website: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1274410 1. The subject of the order is delivery medical procedure simulators in 4 packages for organizational units of the Medical University of Gdańsk. The purchase is carried out under the project entitled "Modernization and additional equipment of the facilities of the Medical University of Gdańsk in connection with the increase in limits admission to studies", contract no. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0026/24/KPO/1203/2025/93 under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan for Investments D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing admission limits for medical studies” implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. 2. The subject of the order consists of the following packages, described in detail in Annex 3 to this ToR: Package 1 - Advanced adult ALS patient simulator for resuscitation training - 6 pcs; Package 2 - Simulator for learning how to measure blood pressure - 5 pcs; Package 3 - Simulator for learning ear examination - 6 pcs; Package 4 - Pediatric simulator for learning auscultation - 2 pcs. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) was brand new, free from any defects and damage, without previous use and was not subject to third party rights...
