Package 1 Mobile double ultrasound head - 1 pc.1. The subject of this order is the supply of medical imaging devices divided into parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as Packages 1 to 3, under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, with details of the type and number of equipment in the scope of individual packages, is specified in the Forms of required technical conditions for individual Packages, which constitute Annex No. 2.1 - 2.3 to SWZ.3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
