Task No. 1/1 - Delivery of chairs for collection, adjustable in height, with adjustable support, with increased load capacity 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment under the "Availability plus for AOS" program (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e.: delivery of seats for download with adjustable height, with adjustable support, with increased load capacity. 2. Purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under the contract No. UM.AOS.U-29000.2026-00/656/2026/37 for entrusting a Grant under the Grant Project No.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 under the name "Accessibility Plus for AOS", implemented under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, based on the Decision on co-financing the Grant Project No.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23-00 adopted by the Minister of Health on December 8, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the grant agreement). 3. If references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems are used in the description of the subject of the contract, referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described.
