Deliveries must be carried out with an appropriate means of transport and secured during transport,

The offered subject of the contract should be a brand new product, approved for trading in the EU, complete and free from technical defects and legal, as well as have the name of the manufacturer, the necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition, both the subject of the contract and its original packaging must contain all other markings arising from the current regulations, if required.
