Part 1 Part 2 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment for cardiological care with software and integration - repetition. 2.2. Whenever this ToR and the annexes refer to products, equipment, apparatus, devices, tools or equipment, the Ordering Party means the subject of the order specified in the OPZ. 3. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts: Part No. 1 Description station for CT images 1 pc. Delivery, assembly, implementation Part No. 2 Inhalers 10 pcs. Delivery, assembly, implementation 4.The scope of the order in part No. 1 and No. 2 includes: 1) delivery, assembly / installation (in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, ensuring collision-free and ergonomic use), commissioning, correctness tests activities and commissioning of the equipment constituting the subject of the contract; 2) conducting training in the operation and basic maintenance of the supplied equipment for the Ordering Party's staff, within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party (in accordance with the OPZ for each part of the order); 3) granting min. 36-month warranty on the terms specified in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting No. 7 of the SWZ (in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer). 6.
