Package 1 Package 2 Package 3 Package 4 The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and supplies for the Internal Medicine Department and Cardiology Clinic to the extent and in quantities described in detail and indicated in the price forms for each of the parts constituting Annexes No. 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d to the SWZ. The subject of the order is the delivery of a specialized ultrasound scanner - 1 piece. A detailed description of the parameters is included in the price form for package 1, constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. The subject of the order should be completed under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the order must be completed within 3 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than June 30, 2026. The above deadline results from the terms of financing the order.
