The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of medical equipment and other medical materials
Task 1- Blood collection armchair for a cardiac surgery department
Task 2- Anti-bedsore mattress for the cardiac surgery department
Task 3- foam mattress for the cardiac surgery department
Task 4- Podło-cabinet for a cardiac surgery department
Task 5- wheelchair for the cardiac surgery department
The Employer allows for partial offers.
Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 5.
The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer to a maximum of 5 tasks.
(without limiting the number of tasks per contractor).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachments 2b and 5 to SWZ.
3.3. The contracting authority is related to the subject of the contract:
1) the offered medical product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with
with demanding laws having approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medical product must be placed on the market and use in accordance with
with the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended),
3) the offered medical product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in force for this product;
