Task 5 - Telescopic boom for drips for the 2nd Department of Cardiology

The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.

The parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 5.

The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer to ma maximum of 5 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor).

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b and 4 to the SWZ.

3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order:

1) the offered medical device must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with with Mrlegal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration,

2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),

3) the offered medical device must meetstandards or technical specifications applicable to this product;
