Tender Details

1. The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor who will provide the ordering party with equipment and medical devices for the needs of the District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chaubiski in Zakopane, i.e. brand new medical equipment and apparatus, including: hospital beds with a double frame, 17 pieces, according to the list of minimum technical, quality, operational and functional parameters specified in point 5.2 of the SWZ, together with assembly and commissioning at the premises of the ordering party, ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane.2. The Ordering Party stipulates that the delivered subject of the order referred to above must have the required permits, certificates, attestations required by currently applicable law, and in the case of registration as a medical device, the marking provided for in the provisions of the Act on Medical Devices, confirming the required authorization for use and marketing in Poland in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health on essential requirements and procedures for assessing the conformity of medical devices.3.
