The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment according to 4 packages to the headquarters the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A-1D to these Specifications (in the scope of the part for which the offer is submitted). 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order (within the part they concern) will be accepted rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to these Specifications.
