The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A-1B to the Specification (in the scope of the part for which the offer is submitted). 2. Offers that do not have full information scope of the subject of the order (within the part to which they concern) will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to these Specifications. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE They can participate in the award of the contract Contractors who meet the conditions specified in Art. 57 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 112 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law: 1) are not subject to exclusion 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: a) ability to engage in business transactions: none. b) powers to conducting a specific business or professional activity: none. c) economic or financial situation: none. d) technical or professional capacity: none.
