1. The subject of the order is "Delivery of medical equipment". The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment in connection with the implementation of the investment project entitled: "Reconstruction of building No. 2 of the Małopolski Szpital Ortopedyczno-Rehabilitacyjny im. Prof. Bogusław Frańczuk in order to adaptcompliance with the currently applicable fire regulations and adapting the rooms of the existing operating block, central sterilization and anesthesiology and intensive care wards to patients' rooms. Stage II - reconstruction of the remaining part of building no. 2, excluding the staircase inonce with all internal installations and with the reachr - fire route, location of ice water units with power and ice water connections". The contract is awarded in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), in connection withhereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" under an open tender procedure. 2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 point 7/8 of the Public Procurement Law. 3. The contracting authority, within the limits specified in Art. 462 ff. of the Public Procurement Law, allows the possibility of implementing the subject of the orderby the Contractor with the use of subcontractors.
