Procedure for the award of a public contract is conducted in an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". Procedure with a contract value above the EU thresholds specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law.
