Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a system for digitizing and feeding the hospital EDM database with a digital version of medical documentation created in paper form, as well as the integration and expansion of IT systems of the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Choszczno. 2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts called Packages. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Packages. When submitting an offer, the contractor must include the entire order in a given Package. A.Part 1 (Package No. 1) - Digitization of medical documentation important from the point of view of treatment and prevention. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery and launch of software, 2)installing and configuring the software in the IT infrastructure Ordering Party 3) delivery of the software license that is the subject of the order 4) performing the necessary integrations, including integration with the P1 system, 5) ensuring author's supervision and support for a period of min. 36 months from the date of completion of implementation (offer evaluation criterion). B.Part 2 (Package No. 2) - Extension and integration of the Ordering Party's IT systems, including the HIS hospital system and EDM extension.
