THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER is the delivery of devices medical services under the Modernization of hospital infrastructure program along with the purchase of equipment in order to improve the availability, efficiency and safety of cardiac diagnostics and treatment. 2. The subject of the order has been described in detail in Attachment No. 1 to SWZ - Offer form, in Attachments No. 2.1 to 2.16. to the SWZ - List of required quality and technical parameters and in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which specify the quantity of the subject of the order and description of the subject of the order. 3. The Ordering Party intends to finance the order under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure highly specialized care centers and other medical entities” (recruitment no. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-002/25 application no. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0297/25). 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate this procurement procedure if the means public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded to it (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law) 5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into parts (packages). An offer may be submitted for one, several or all parts of the order. 6.
