Supply of clinical defibrillators Delivery of battery and mains pumps Delivery of rescue and transport respirators Delivery of modems for data transmission 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices specified in detail in the annex No. 1 to SWZ. Devices must be unused and brand new. Year of production - no earlier than 2025, with the exception of rescue and transport respirators, the year of production of which should be no older than 2026. The offered subject of the order must be compliant with the legal provisions in force in the European Union as well as in Poland, it must have certificates, approvals, and be approved for use in Poland. Moreover, in accordance with Art. 18 of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices The ordering party requires the presence of the UDI code on labels and higher levels of packaging, if these codes were assigned in accordance with Art. 27 section 8 of Regulation 2017/745 and art. 24 section 8 of Regulation 2017/746. All UDI documents should be in the possession of the CONTRACTOR and ready for submission at any request of the Ordering Party.
