1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the Poviat Health Center in Kamienna Gora Sp. They are divided into one hundred eight parts (108) groups (packages) constituting separate parts of the order. w Volume III of the specification of the terms of the contract and in the assortment and price forms (connectors No. 1.1-1.108 to the offer form).
