Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices for electrostimulation and ablation for the needs of the Electrophysiology Laboratory. a) The assortment and quantity list of packages can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. b) Detailed description, including parameters required and assessed (if applicable), is provided in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. (applies to Package No. 1-10) c) The quantities of the assortment intended for the bank are included in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 2) The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into 19 parts (packages 1 to 19), in accordance with the description included in Chapter XIII of the SWZ. 3) Offered in the procedure the subject of the order has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, is compliant with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the marketing authorization required by overriding regulations and use 4) Other requirements regarding the implementation of the contract and the principles of cooperation between the ordering party and the contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 3a, 3b and 3c to the SWZ.
