The subject of the order is the supply of medical apparatus and equipment. The subject of the order includes 3 tasks:

Task No. 1 - panoramic radiograph with a cephalometry attachment

Task No. 2 - endoscope with a video track

Task No. 3 - dental unit - 8 pieces with an assistant and a seatdoctor

This procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law with a contract value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds determined pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure, for whichj mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP.
