Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical products and accessories to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (os. Zotej Jesieni 1, Krakow), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification - scope of PACKAGE 1.2. The validity period/warranty period of the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.3. The Contractor undertakes to conduct, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its headquarters (os. Zotej Jesieni 1, Krakow) along with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.4. The contractor will be obliged to submit an attendance list from the training referred to in section 3 with signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence to the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 business days from the date of the training.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask Contractors, at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers, to provide samples of the offered subject matter of the contract in order to test them and check the Contractor's technical or professional capacity to implement...
