Tender Details

The subject of the order includes the supply of an Oracle license (or equivalent), an audit of the database environment, database migration, ensuring continuous maintenance of the database environment for a period of 36 months and the supply of tablets with licenses for digital signatures with 36 months of service support. The order covers 2 scopes: Scope No. 1: Medical database - update (licenses and services); Scope No. 2: Expansion of the digital signature system. The contractor is obliged to implement order on the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5a and 5b to the SWZ. The subject of the order is implemented as part of the project entitled: "Implementation of e-services at the St. Zofia Specialist Hospital in the Żelazna Medical Center sp. z. o.o.” as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" from the funds National Recovery and Resilience Support Plan.
