The subject of the contract is the supply of medical and non-medical articles for the period of 24 months for Szpitala Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdansk. The subject of the contract consists of 18 parts, the detailed description, assortment and quantities of which are contained in Appendix 1 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.greenery of the contract may be applied for by Contractors who are not subject to exclusion due to one of the circumstances indicated:
- in Art. 108 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which occurred in the relevant period specified in Art. 111 of the Public Procurement Law - in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutionsin the field of counteracting the support of aggression against Ukraine and serving the protection of national security.
- Art. 5k sec. 1 of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation todestabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
