3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a device for testing impact resistance in free fall (drop tester) to the Ordering Party's headquarters: Łukasiewicz Research Network, Łódź Institute of Technology, Materials and Packaging Test Laboratory Transportowe, ul. Konstancińska 11, 02-942 Warszawa. 3.2. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order has not been divided into parts due to the fact that it constitutes one indivisible whole. 3.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. 3.4. The description of the required parameters of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and price sheet). The contractor may propose products with better technical, qualitative and functional parameters than the parameters specified by the Ordering Party. 3.5. Submitting an offer for a device that does not meet all parameters or has parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and Price Sheet) will result in rejection of the offer.
