Object of these deliveries: Framework agreement for the delivery of meals in cold line. Explanation: The assignment, a framework agreement with one supplier, consists of the preparation and delivery of prepared meals in bulk according to the principle of cold line for our branch, namely for the residents of our residential care center St-Vincentius in Deinze. More specifically, the placement procedure aims to conclude a framework agreement with one service provider with the aim of concluding a period of four years with a possible extension of three times twelve months, to determine the conditions for orders to be placed, in particular with regard to prices, the required quality, the services, the delivery times and the intended probable quantities. Partial orders are placed via daily orders. In application of Article 43 of the Act of 17 June 2016 (as defined below) and the provisions of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 (as defined below), the contracting authority will award and place contracts during the term of the framework agreement on the basis of the conditions included in the framework agreement.
