Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of materials for securing biological traces, divided into tasks as follows: 1)TASK 1: 1. Forensic package, a kit for collecting biological material (swabs) from the oral cavity for the purposes of the DNA database - GENOM - GA01 z kartą FTA.; 2. Pakiety do pobierania krwi 2)ZADANIE 2: 1. Swab for securing biological traces; 2. A bag for securing biological traces; 3. Forensic package for securing traces of sexual crimes 4. Sterile sticks for taking scrapings from under nails; 2. Detailed description of the subject and the size of the order are included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. 3. The maximum order quantity is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - offer form. 4. Deliveries will be made to the Warehouse of the Material and Technical Management Department of the Military Police Headquarters located in the city of Krakow (ul. Mogilska 109). The orderer requires properly secured delivery, appropriate for the given item assortment. 5. The length of the warranty period for individual items is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 6.
