Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of materials for repairing road surfaces, including a mineral-asphalt mixture for hot installation. The expected delivery volume of the mineral-asphalt mixture (MMA), for mechanical installation, in the amount of 2, 645 tons, by the Ordering Party's transport, incl.ym:

1) AC 8S, for manual installation during partial renovations - 300 tons;

2) AC 11S, for mechanical installation for overlays on larger surfaces - 2345 tons;

2. Order names and codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):

Main code: 44113700-2, 44113600-1

3. Mineral-as mixturecorrugated concrete (MMA) AC 8S (with aggregate content above 2.00 mm, not less than 45%), intended for repairs of bituminous surfaces (partial renovations) for traffic category KR-2, should meet the requirements of the PN-EN 13108-1 standard and WT-2-2010,

4. Mineral-asphalt mixture (MMA) AC 8S minshould be made on the basis of D50/70 asphalt or modified for the traffic category - KR2, AC 11S should be made on the basis of D50/70 asphalt or modified for the traffic category - KR3-4 should meet the requirements of the PN:96025:2000 standard,

5. Bitumen used for the production of mineral-asphalt mixtures (MMA) should comply with PN-EN 12591:2010,

6. Mineral-asphalt mixtures (MMA) must have a current national technical assessment, valid also for the duration of the order, issued by an authorized research unit (e.g. Road and Bridge Research Institute), in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure...
