Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of crushed basalt chippings of 2-5 mm and 5-8 mm fractions intended for the renovation of roads with bitumen surfaces and dirt roads and roadsides, transported by the Contractor and unloaded from the means of transport at the Ordering Party's yard in Golubiu-Dobrzyń, ul. PTTK 11, in quantities: a) 2-5 mm - 800 Mg; b) 5-8 mm - 500 Mg 2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of reducing the amount of the above. grits by no more than 30% of the estimated order quantity. Due to a reduction in the quantitative scope of the order in the period during the duration of the contract, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. 3. The stones will be used in partial renovations carried out using the renovation technology and should comply with the PN-EN 13043:2004 standard. The contractor will submit a declaration of conformity for each batch of delivered grit. 4. Supplies of gritstones will be made successively at the request of the Ordering Party, submitted in writing, sent electronically, within the time specified in the Contractor's offer, but the delivery date should not be longer than 3 days, counting from the date request notification. The maximum quantity of a single delivery will not exceed 25 Mg.
