Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, transport and unloading of materials for the maintenance of district roads in the Kolno County in 2026 in the following assortment: - swirl sand 300 m3 - sand with a fraction of 0-2 mm 200 t - sand with a fraction 0-3 mm 200 t - mixture of amany aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm, C50/30 1700 m3 - amany grit with a fraction of 2.0-5.0 mm 250 t - crushed grit with a fraction of 5.0-11.0 mm 250 t1) Presented in section 1 delivery quantities are forecast values. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity during the execution of the order within the needs and to the value assumed in the budget plan. Failure by the Ordering Party to perform the contract in the above-mentioned quantities does not require giving reasons and cannot constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor.
