1. The subject of the order is the supply of materials for devices testing the alcohol content in exhaled air and test cassettes for drug detection for the needs of the Police units of the Małopolska garrison, with the following division into tasks: 1)Task 1: Delivery of mouthpieces for ALCO-SENSOR IV devices; 2)Task 2: Delivery of the so-called mouthpieces „SŁOMKI” do urządzenia Alkomat stacjonarny model AL.-4000; 3)Task 3: Delivery of type "A" and type "D" mouthpieces; 4)Task 4: Delivery of side-mounted breathalyzer mouthpieces Drager 7510 and test cassettes for the Drager Drug Test 5000 portable saliva drug detection device; 5)Task 5: Delivery of cassettes to UTC Drug Tester; 6)Task 6: Delivery of cassettes for ALERE DDS 2/ ABBOTT SO ToXA; 7)Task 7: Delivery of cassettes to the portable AQUILASCAN saliva drug detection devices. 2. Detailed description of the subject matter and the size of the order are included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference - "Description of the subject matter of the order - price form". 3.Maximum size the order was specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order - price form". 4. Deliveries will be made to the Warehouse of the Material and Technical Management Department of the Military Police Headquarters located in the city of Krakow (ul. Mogilska 109). The ordering party requires properly secured delivery, appropriate for the given product range. 5.
