The subject of the order is the delivery of one master violin, which is an original, historical work of violin-making art created in the 18th-19th century, free from physical and legal defects, together with a case, necessary accessories, a certificate of authenticity and supporting documentation. legal origin of the instrument, for the needs of the Symphony Orchestra of the Philharmonic. Artur Rubinstein in Łodź, in accordance with the detailed description contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation and receipt are determined by: OPZ Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the OPZ and PPU constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory; Failure to meet the minimum requirements results in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
