Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the delivery of magnetic resonance imaging with installation, launch and creation of a magnetic resonance imaging laboratory at the Poviat Hospital in Radomsko

2. The order of the contract includes:

a) delivery;

b) installation;

c) launch;

d) service training;

e)Service during the warranty period, including free warranty inspections, labor and service engineer's travel costs,

f) adaptation of the existing technical and construction infrastructure, including adaptation of the necessary media for the installation of the subject of the contract,

g) MR installation with full adaptationLaboratory in the scope that guarantees the correct operation of the installed RM apparatus, described in detail in Annex 1 Technical parameters and requirements:

- Adaptation of the space in the scope described in the architectural and construction project, placed for proceedings taking into account the proceduremedical gases to the Faraday cage,

- complete equipment of the rooms included in the RM studio,

- implementation of the power supply project - 2 copies for the contracting authority;

- execution of as -built documentation after the construction works carried out - 2 copies for the contracting authority,

- Installation with full adaptation of the workshop in the scope that guarantees the correct operation of the installed camera. Adaptation of rooms and installations to the conditions required for the safe operation of the offered device, including min. Power supply, channels. All work...
