Supply of low-voltage electrical energy and execution of the functions of a stand coordinatorart balancing group for objects with a standardized load profile, managed by the National Assembly - mandated housing

The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of net active low voltage electrical energy and the performance of the functions of coordinator of a standard balancinggroup for sites with a standardized commodity profile in the city of Sofia - mandated housing, according to the provisions of the Energy Act (E) and other legal acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations to E The rules for trading withelectric energy (PTEE) and the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE).

Detailed information about the objects with a standardized commodity profile, for which the subject of the order will be implemented, are indicated in the List of mandated dwellings managed by the National Assembly (AppendixNo. 1.1 to this documentation).

The objects included in the scope of the order are mandated dwellings from the departmental fund of the National Assembly, household users in the city of Sofia - 198 points - NN.

For the same, the contracting authority concludes a contract for combined services under Art. 11, item 10 of PTEE with the participant selected for icontractor.

The estimated amount of electricity for the mandated homes from the departmental fund of the National Assembly with a standardized commodity profile, for a one-year period is: 280, 000 kWh.
