Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of a low-temperature freezer meeting the requirements specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the device or equipment. 2) The offered device must be brand new, unused, from current production (year of production not older than 2025), has appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland.3) The scope of the order includes: purchase of the device along with delivery, transport, unloading, bringing it to the Ordering Party's premises, installation and commissioning the device, as well as training in the operation and use of the device for, among others. 7 employees. The training should take place on the day of installation, at the place where the device is installed. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 5) Completion date orders: up to 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contractor may shorten the delivery date in relation to the required deadline indicated above.
