Delivery Low Pressure UV Reactors Description: The content of the assignment mainly consists of: The (detailed) design and delivery of the required 4 low-pressure UV reactors incl. dose pacing and automatic cleaning installation; The (detailed) design and delivery of the required control cabinets for the UV reactors, including the cabling between UV reactor and control cabinet, and equipped with a Profinet coupling; Supplying four online UVT monitors; Provide advice and support to PWN regarding the design of the overarching control from PWN's process automation; Measuring on site and making the cabling to the correct length between the UV reactor and the associated control cabinet; Provide installation instructions before starting installation the UV reactors, UVT monitors and cleaning installations as well as (interim) checking whether the placement, installation and assembly of the UV reactors is correct; Electrical connection and testing of the UV installation; Providing assistance with inspection, the commissioning and delivering the UV installation in operational condition; Start-up and commissioning of the UV reactors; Providing the application software for the UV reactor; Providing instructions to PWN about the new UV reactors; Delivery of reserve lamps, equal to the number of 1 UV reactor; Delivery of the sled for taking out and taking in the lamp cassette; Preventive maintenance on the reactors for a period of 15 years.
