Delivery of low-floor trams 1. The subject of the order is the supply of low-floor trams. The subject of the order includes: 1) basic scope (guaranteed), i.e. delivery of 20 multi-unit, low-floor, bidirectional trams with specialized maintenance equipment, repair package, operational package, tram elements and technical data necessary to include the tram in the simulator system operated by the Ordering Party, technical documentation including licenses and software, including licenses, training and post-accident repairs (during the warranty period for trams), 2) option, i.e. delivery of 42 multi-unit, low-floor, bidirectional trams with a package operational, licenses for technical documentation and software and post-accident repairs (during the warranty period granted for trams), as well as the delivery of elements of specialized servicing equipment for trams, the delivery of elements repair package for trams and conducting additional training. 2.
