Electric buses up to 9.6 m Article electric buses up to 18.75 m Electric buses up to 12 m In accordance with § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ, the contracting authority has divided the public contract into the following 3 parts, which are awarded in one procurement procedure: Part 1: Electric buses up to 9.6 m Part 2: Electric buses up to 12 m Part 3: Electric electric buses up to 18.75 m The procurement documentation regulates the conditions for the award of all parts of the public contract, unless it is expressly stipulated that a specific provision applies only to a certain part of the public contract. The contracting authority in accordance with § 101 paragraph 2 ZZVZ makes it possible to submit an offer for any number of parts of a public contract, according to the supplier's choice. The selection of the supplier will be carried out separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the chosen one for each part of the public contract supplier. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is given in the procurement documentation and its annexes. The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract is the supply of 3 low-floor electric buses with a maximum body length of 9.6 m (hereinafter referred to as "Part 1"). A detailed definition of the subject of the performance of Part 1 is given in Annex No. 1a of this procurement documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is given in the procurement documentation and its annexes. The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract is the supply of 10 pcs low-floor articulated electric buses with a body length of max. 18.75 m (hereinafter also only "Part 3").
