Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of the forest production information system and specialized forestry records and the provision of its development and operation. Since 2007, the public contracting authority has been operating IS WebLES on its technical resources, the detailed description of which is given in Annex no. 6 of these competitivech documents.

Under the term delivery of an information system and ensuring its development and operation, the public contracting authority understands:

a) Delivery of an information system for forest production records (hereinafter also ISLV), including an agreement on commitment before the vendor lock-in position of the contractor

b) Delivery implementation worksincluding training of system administrators and all users

c) Delivery of detailed description of ISLV

d) Delivery of detailed user manual

e) Maintenance of ISLV during the 48 months of the contract

f) Service support of ISLV during the 48 months of the contract

g) Technical support of ISLV during 48 months trof the contract

h) Continuous updating and management of ISLV databases since 2007.

The public contracting authority requires, for the target ISLV of a successful bid, the minimum range of functionalities of the currently

used WebLES system.

The public contracting authority will operate the ISLV on its own hardware resources and onmeans of the end users of the public contracting authority.

Commitment prior to vendor lock-in status of the supplier, which is understood as the commitment of the successful bidder of this

announced public procurement (in the form of the attached Agreement) to provide to future bidders, after the expiry of the contractual relationship of this announcement...
